Our workforce housing units are part of a community-focused program designed to make living in our community more affordable for qualifying residents. These homes are offered at reduced, below-market rental rates and are reserved for households whose incomes fall within specific limits set by local Area Median Income. When applying for a workforce housing floorplan please reach out to our friendly staff to pre-qualify you.

Before starting your application, please have the following documents ready:
• Photo ID for everyone over 18
• Birth Certificate for anyone under 18
• Social Security Card for all household members
Income Verification:
Four most recent pay stubs OR A 1040 tax return if employed for 1+ year
Income Requirement:
Applicants must make a minimum income of 3x the monthly rent in order to qualify
